11/7/06 - TierOne Converged Networks signs Investment
Banking Agreement with Parker Boston to secure financing and evaluate
Initial Public Offering.
TierOne Converged Networks has signed Parker Boston to act as the
exclusive financial advisors to the Company. Parker Boston will provide
Investment Banking services and consulting services to the Company in
connection with potential mergers, private placement of debt or equity
securities and listing on a public exchange.
